Voix Manquantes

Two previously unreleased albums were recorded by Steve Scott for Solid Rock Records in the late 1970s. A 2025 Kickstarter campaign saw their release as a "double album" and a "2 CD box set."
This set was an exclusive bonus available through the campaign described on Kickstarter:
"LIMITED EDITION OF 50 - Voix Manquantes (Hidden Voices) - When music supervisors want to use a song in a movie or TV show they ask for a version of the song with the vocals removed so when the song is playing and an actor starts talking, they can edit-in the instrumental version so the vocals don't interfere with the actors dialogue. Since albums are always mixed with these instrumental versions, we thought we might as well include the songs as they were before Steve laid down his vocal tracks. Voix Manquantes! This is a Digi-Pak Lite double CD"r.
Credits are not provided in this bonus release so those are from the original release/s since the music tracks are the same except without vocals.

NOTE: The original pressing (Voix Manquantes (US 2026) (opens in a new tab)) contained CDs with music identical to the regular release (Moving Pictures / Closeups (US 2026) (opens in a new tab)) WITH vocals by mistake. The original mis-pressing was replaced with this corrected edition here with complete packaging. The two versions look exactly the same, with only the data on the discs differing.
