Ghetto Dwellas

American hip-hop duo from the Bronx, New York, consisting of Party Arty aka Arthur Sheridan and D Flow aka Damon Graham. Formed in 1994, the group was closely affiliated with Showbiz & A.G. and the D.I.T.C. (Diggin’ in the Crates Crew) collective. They appeared on numerous D.I.T.C.-related releases and put out several underground singles through Get Dirty Productions in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Known for their gritty lyrics and street-level delivery, The Ghetto Dwellas represented the rawer side of the D.I.T.C. movement. Party Arty passed away on December 4, 2008, at the age of 31, due to undisclosed health complications. Despite his early death, his contributions to the Bronx hip-hop scene and collaborations with D Flow remain influential.
Do not confuse with the rap duo from Brooklyn cella Dwellas (when used as just The Dwellas).
