Biography
Hailing from Holland’s southernmost city of Maastricht, Yīn Yīn entered the scene back in 2019 and Reeperbahn Festival entitled them as “One of Europe’s more exciting acts". There’s a whole lot going on here as YĪN YĪN cross a continuum from West coast psychedelia to South-East Asian aesthetics, embracing lashings of disco, funk and electronic experimentation along the way.” -- God is in the TV
On their latest release the band is extending their unique mix of disco, funk, psychedelia and Southeast Asian music, and revealing a band whose groove just keeps getting deeper.
Erik Bandt - guitar, Kees Berkers - drums, Jerome Scheren - keyboards, Remy Scheren - bass
