Biography
Victoria Williams (born December 23, 1958) is an American singer, songwriter, and musician, from Shreveport, Louisiana, although she has resided in Southern California throughout her musical career. Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in the early 1990s, Williams was the catalyst for the Sweet Relief Musicians Fund.
