Swedish music producer, songwriter and lecturer, born on April 3, 1973 in Danderyds församling, Danderyd, Uppland.
Internationally renowned songwriter and producer, Andreas Carlsson, has been nominated for several Grammy and Emmy Awards and his songs have sold more than 150 millions physical records and streamed over 1 billion times.
Some of Andreas’ compositions have become part of modern pop culture such as anthems like Bye Bye Bye and It's Gonna Be Me not to mention the classic I Want It That Way: voted one of the 10 Best Pop Songs ever written by Magazine.
Andreas has also written hits for Katy Perry, Britney Spears, Pitbull, Ricky Martin, Westlife, Céline Dion and some of the biggest names in K-Pop and J-Pop like TXT, 소녀시대, Arashi and Namie Amuro.
Andreas Carlsson, who grew up in Tingsryd, Småland, began his journey in the music industry at, a legendary music production studio in Stockholm. was a place where many international hits were created during the 1990s. Carlsson worked there alongside other prominent producers and songwriters such as Max Martin and Denniz Pop. After closed in 2000, Carlsson, together with Kristian Lundin and Jacob Schulze, took over the studio's lease and established the production company,, which was managed by, its production team, and also launched the publishing company.
Throughout his career, Andreas Carlsson has been primarily based in Stockholm, Sweden, with a secondary base in Los Angeles, California.
