Biography
Harold Gurnee (born January 25, 1925) is an American television director whose career stretched from the 1960s (directing episodes of The Tonight Show on NBC during the Jack Paar era and the shirt-lived Jack Paar Tonite on ABC, through the early 2000s (directing episodes of The Man Show). He directed all of the television shows hosted by David Letterman on NBC during the 1980s and 1990s, and the first few years of the Late Show with David Letterman on CBS as well.
