Belgian musicologist, born February 9, 1931 in Berlin, died June 27, 2016 in Uccle. He studied with Arthur Honegger and Olivier Messiaen at the Paris Conservatoire, and was lecturer in Musical Analysis at the Royal Conservatory in Mons.
