Noel started his career in 1974 at Trident Tape Services. In 1976 he became Tape Op at. He worked in the cutting rooms of / from 1980 until 1989 and then for a year at. From 1990 until November 2004 he worked at, (London, UK). In 2005 Noel joined but left in early 2011 to set up his own in South London.
