Cutting and mastering engineer. (1930-1999). Sometimes mis-identified as "Pete Heffrich" in runouts.
Helffrich was the owner and operator of Helffrich Recording Labs in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
The company offered a full range of record production: recording, mastering, lacquer cutting, pressing, etc.
"Pete Helffrich" and/or "PJH" script appears in the runouts of Everest, VOX, Nonesuch, and many other releases.
He was a member of the Independent Business Association and the Porsche Club of America.
