Kamackeris

Kamackeris is a Queens, New York MC better known under his primary alias Kwite Def, the name under which his broader discography exists. Within the Monsta Island Czars he operates solely as Kamackeris (drawn from Kamacuras from the 1967 Toho film Son of Godzilla) and it is under this name that his contributions to the collective are documented.
What is known is that before the Monsta Island Czars, Kamackeris had already been active in the New York underground for the better part of a decade, with roots in the early 1990s and ties to circles that would eventually feed directly into the formation of the Monsta Island Czars. That prior history, documented elsewhere under the Kwite Def name, gave him a foundation that few in the collective could match in terms of experience and longevity by the time the group came together.
By the late 1990s he was a firmly established presence within the Monsta Island Czars and one of its earliest members. His involvement with the collective spans its most active and celebrated period, contributing to the group's output and remaining connected through the Monsta Island Czars reunion in 2010 alongside long time collaborator X-Ray.
